| Please Describe the Incident Thoroughly | It was raining, there were puddles all over the road. I was going about 30mph and I drove through a puddle but there happened to be a deep pothole under the puddle that totally shook my car and popped my tire. There was nowhere to safely park my car, so I had to wait at the entrance of the highway for AAA. |
